No official word about Firefox support for Microsoft Adcenter but insiders at Microsoft have told me that it would fully support FireFox by August.
Well Its now early July and other then a few javascript bugs (particularly the keyword import) it looks as if its ALMOST good to go for Firefox. I use Firefox on MacOSX for about 90% of what I do with Microsoft Adcenter now. That is quite a improvement from last month when it would just say “you are using a unsupported browser”.
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
Wow. I’ll have to try it out again. I tried it when it first was out in Beta and couldn’t create a campaign due to the Firefox/Mac OS problem. They sent me a glossy mailer a couple weeks ago, so I tried it again. Same deal. I guess I’ll give it another shot now!
can’t wait
i hate having to fire up MSIE just for adcenter when i use firefox for everything else…

I just happened to try again in Firefox today and lo and behold, not only did it work, it was at least three times as fast as in IE. Finally! I hated having to switch to IE only to use adCenter.
Now all we need is for them to fix adLabs so that we can use Firefox with that …

Didn’t I tell you last month that adcenter worked with firefox?
MSN AdCenter and Firefox…
ShoeMoney has been playing around with MSN Adcenter and Firefox. MSN has been promising that they would have Adcenter supporting Firefox by August… It may happen, but why wouldn’t they write it to be compatible in the first place?
Never min…

Compatibility issues with Firefox. On some Firefox versions the back button from the campaign summary screen will not allow you to toggle back through to visited client accounts or completely log you out altogether. Well, at least it works with Firefox now. Kind of. [...]
