Unfortunatly all “Rank For Shoemoney” contests will end today around 5pm cst. I really wanted to see what would happen but theplanet.com (my hosting company) has said they have recived over 500 complaints for spam and unless I end this contest they will disconect my server.
I really did not forsee the spam problem… What a newb I am.
I totally underestimated what people would do for a few dollars.
Anyway screenshots of results will be posted later today.

Everyone knows you to pay up. I mean you were the bigest cash sponsor of most of the seo competitions to date so I am sure its not about the money.
I suppose people will do anything for money, sounds like some people have gone over the top though and you do right by stopping this.
Maybe next contest (small one) you can pick a different search term

I must be missing something… If you wanted to get a competitor’s server at the planet disconnected, all you have to do is spam some blogs with links to the competitors site?
Maybe you could donate the prze money to a charity?

Well I hope it would be as successful as the Shoemoney contest which I myself is an avid fan too.
Wow. That pic of the bald guy holding the check next to the hummer is pretty amazing! Especially since the giant check casts no shadow on the ground or reflection in the hummer. AMAZING!
