I have heard some people have had better luck in the early 90s returning things to Best Buy. Apparently then you didn't even need a driver's license. I called them and they informed me that the fridge is discontinued. I asked why they did not contact me and was passed around. I eventually got them to deliver the next model up for no additional cost. If I did not contact them, they were never going to deliver the fridge and had no plans to let me know or refund my money.
