I am happy when I see my work takes good results. If I worked hard without an result I feel myself sad.

My family thinks I'm smart and lucky, except when it comes to my blogging aspirations. I am working 8-10 hours a day on design, content, and advertising. They can't see the light at the end of the tunnel -- me being happy in what I am doing. Hopefully luck will find me in this endeavor.

I agree that there is an element of luck involved. No matter how hard you try you might fail or you might succeed. Someone might love what you've done, or on the other hand nobody might.

One thing's for sure though, if you don't try you ain't ever going to know!

Well, it might be partly luck. Here, just do this to see if it is luck or not. Just go right out and duplicate your most successful online enterprise tomorrow mourning. You can do that no problem right?

This is the part that is luck aside from all the hard work involved. I do not believe in fate, I believe you make your own luck. Try as I may I can't seem to find that high traffic nitch that I need to get to the place I want to be though.

There's so many things you have to me when you're running your own sites. Developer, marketer, manager, designer...not any ol dumbass can do it. Once you're established it's alot smoother sailing but the road to getting established is long and a steep learning curve.

"The harder I work the luckier I get."

"Most overnight successes take 15 to 20 years."
