		<description>I am currently thinking through how I should address geographic issues on my sites. I do have some advertisements that are US specific but I do get a big amount of traffic from India and Europe. I plan on doing some geo coding to show geo specific ads. The TOD campaign would be a good way to limit ads from being seen during high traffic times in other regions.</description>

		<description>During the morning hours buying potential increases and ROI&#039;s look better simply because the demographics are of the much older crowd. These are the stay at home moms, the surfers at work, etc. The kids aren&#039;t on the net fucking around clicking on random banner ads and screwing with stats. At least, that&#039;s my guess :)</description>
